About the High Noon Western Americana Live Online Auction

High Noon has an online connection to our Auction through eBay Live Auctions. This is an easy and enjoyable way to participate in the fun of our Auction. You can simply view the auction without bidding, or actively bid in competition with absentee bids, other Internet bidders, and those at the Hyatt in Phoenix. To participate, you must be a registered eBay user.
It is recommended that you register for eBay now if you have not already done so. You will need financial information on hand to complete the process (Why this is safe).
eBay Live Auctions has done a thorough job of explaining how to be part of the online auction: they've even listed the minimum computer system requirements for live bidding!
We encourage you to become familiar with
eBay Live Auctions, and learn how they are different from eBay proper. See especially "During the Auction", the Terminology list, and the Tutorial on the Help page. Knowing those basics will let you relax and enjoy our event.

Return in mid-January to complete the second requirement for auction participation, called "Sign Up". This return trip opens the way for your viewing and bidding to flow freely the day of the Auction.
Auctions are posted online approximately one to two weeks prior to their actual date. In our case, the date of the Auction is January 26, 2008. Therefore, please mark your calendar now to revisit this page on January 10.
Once there, you will be able to read the Conditions of Sale, confirm your plans to participate in the auction, and view the lots available for sale. You will also be able to Sign Up for the High Noon online auction from our Auction Buyer Information page.
