2008 High Noon Western Americana Auction Information
 Auction Preview
See lots in person before you buy. Items offered in our High Noon Auction may be viewed in our printed catalog or highlights viewed here, but if possible, we recommend that you attend the Auction Preview held Thursday, Friday, and on Saturday before the Auction.
Our knowledgeable staff is available for any questions you may have, and you can view the item personally before deciding what you would like to bid. Items are sold “as is”, so this inspection is very important to both you and us.
This year we’re very excited that the Auction Preview & Auction will be held in the same building as the show. The auction preview and auction will be just off the South Lobby. We hope this will be more convenient for everyone.

Buyer Information
Attending or participating in the High Noon Western Americana Auction is free of charge.
We accept Live, Absentee, Telephone and Ebay bids. Download a PDF of the Absentee and Telephone Bid Form. You can then print it out and fax or mail it back to us.
An on-site shipper will be available during and immediately following the Auction on Saturday.
Checks are accepted with proper ID and a bank guarantee card. All checks over the amount of $1000 require a letter of credit or letter of maximum check amount from check holders bank and must be presented to High Noon unless previous arrangements have been made.
If purchases are made for the purpose of resale, you must complete a valid resale certificate prior to payment, or you will be charged the current Arizona sales tax. All Dealers must present a valid resale certificate each year.
