Legendary but short-lived (1917-18) Cheyenne, WY Partnership made up of Bill Phillips & Raphael (Filo) Gutierrez. Filo was the master engraver whose career stretched over 50 years comprising many of the finest California style bit & spurmakers including Gus Goldberg, G S Garcia, & Juan Estrada. P & G also sold their limited production through Frank Olzer's Arizona Saddlery & Cheyenne's Blake Miller.
