Private Treaty Sales: Sometimes a family or individual prefers to sell immediately rather than wait the few months until auction. We handle the private sale of items, serving as a discreet, confidential agent on behalf of buyers and sellers.
For sellers, we can identify potential buyers through our worldwide network of industry contacts. For buyers, we will conduct effective, discrete searches for desired items of Western Americana.

Appraisals: High Noon provides both written and verbal appraisals for purposes of insurance, donations, personal record keeping, sales, and estate planning. Both fair market value and replacement value are offered. All information is private and confidential.
Consignments: Consignments are accepted summer through late fall prior to each auction. Fees are limited to a flat percentage of the items sold with photography & insurance included. High Noon works closely with consignors as a team to clearly communicate auction estimates and reserves (when necessary).

Acquisitions: High Noon provides support to all the major Western Museums around the country including museum acquisitions and deaccessions. High Noon also provides appraisals to their donors at discounted fees.
